Enterprise Odd Fellows Lodge receives substantial grants in 2024. The Enterprise Odd Fellows Lodge #153 continued to obtain grant funds in 2024 to renovate and update its Hall. These funds support the Lodge's goal to serve the Wallowa County community, while maintaining the building’s historic landmark status. Window restoration funds for $8000 were received in April from the Enterprise Historic Landmark Commission, and were matched by the Odd Fellows Lodge from donations, rental fees and fundraising events. The Wildhorse Foundation provided an additional $4,638 in May for window restorations, work that is in its final stage of completion by Wade Phillips, owner and manager of Restoration Enterprises of Enterprise. The Historic Landmark Commission also provided $4,000 in August to begin renovations of the exterior concrete surface of the Hall, with additional matching funds from the Lodge. Finally, the Lodge received $10,000 in Opportunity Funds in August from the City of Enterprise to complete exterior restorations, with the Lodge providing an additional $7,994. This work was completed by David Melville of Melville Stone Llc of Enterprise.
